Concept

Playa Blanca will offer you a return to the bare essentials, to the true elements. There are four elements and four residential phases: Water, Earth, Air and Fire. Each of the four phases connects residents with the elements of life and nature. Residences in Water are surrounded by numerous lagoons and infinity-edge pools overlooking the sea. Location

The Playa Blanca district is located on the Pacific coast of Panama, a 75-minute drive southwest from Panama City, the Tocumen International Airport, and the Panama Canal. Playa Blanca also has a regional airport five minutes away from the main town-center called Rio Hato.

Currently operating within the project stands Playa Blanca Hotel with 219 fabulously appointed rooms and suites, plus all the amenities of a beach paradise. Open since 2003, Playa Blanca Hotel’s occupancy has averaged 85% year-round. Hotel operation will be overtaken by a world-renowned signature hotel chain and integrated with the other project phases to complete our Playa Blanca Beach Resort, Spa & Residences.
